Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order varies based on the service we are providing. In most cases, your order quantity may determine which service works best for you.

How long does an order take?

Our typical turn-around time is 10 days with approved artwork. Many factors exist including type of product, quantity and time of year. It is recommended that you contact us for a more accurate lead time estimate. Rush service is also available for an additional fee.

Do you offer shipping / delivery?

We offer shipping within the U.S. and local delivery. Call for a quote.

Do you color match?

Color matching is offered with some of our services for an additional charge.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. We have a showroom and retail store located in Newburgh, Indiana.

What are your payment terms / options?

There is a deposit due prior to start of production and remaining payment is due upon receipt of goods. We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal, money orders and cashiers check.
